All Astra WellFit products are carefully sourced and packed to maintain freshness, purity, and consistency. We ensure every product meets our quality standards before it reaches you.
What is Covered
- Products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect
- Quality concerns related to freshness or packaging integrity
- Issues reported within 7 days of delivery
What is Not Covered
- Opened or partially consumed products unless quality issues are proven
- Improper storage or handling after delivery
- Personal taste preferences or dietary expectations
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
How to Report an Issue

- Provide your order number and a clear description of the issue

Resolution
If your request is approved, we will, at our discretion:
- Send a replacement product at no additional cost

- Provide store credit for future purchases
